Black Masterbatch

Run Color Special offers innovative formulations, providing customers with excellent quality and stable performance. Run Color Special’s black masterbatch is widely used in key markets such as agricultural films and irrigation systems, packaging, electronics, textiles and nonwovens, cables, automotive, construction, and toys. We continuously invest in research and development to ensure that our black masterbatch product line consistently introduces new formulations with unique properties. Run Color Special’s expertise in carbon black dispersion technology and raw materials enables processors to achieve maximum coverage with minimal masterbatch usage. Our products are also specially designed to generate stronger synergistic effects with various additive packages, thereby creating additional profit for your bottom line.

Black masterbatch with PA carrier

For PA engineering plastic modified granulation, using our PA carrier black masterbatch RPS-PA20004TM black masterbatch (blue phase), with a pigment carbon black content of 50%, only 1-2% needs to be added. It has been verified that under the same modification processing conditions there is no fiber floating (except for issues inherent to the modified plastic formulation itself). In PA engineering plastic injection molding products, it can be continuously produced for more than 5 hours. When added at 1-2% in PA engineering plastic injection molding, no black deposits will stick to the injection mold.

Black masterbatch with PC carrier

In the market for PC engineering plastic modified granules, black masterbatches with AS as a carrier or carrier-free black powders (with excessive dispersant) are commonly used, which often lead to a significant reduction in impact strength after addition. We are well aware that PC is a very sensitive material, so we have developed the PC carrier black masterbatch RPS-PC20005TM specifically for PC engineering plastics, which minimizes the impact on material properties (melt flow index, impact strength), while providing high gloss and no speckling.

Flame-retardant PP modified black masterbatch

PP flame-retardant engineering plastic modified granules (PP recycling) use our carrier-free black masterbatch RPS-PP20006TM, with an addition amount of 1-5%. It does not affect the original flame-retardant properties of the plastic and has advantages such as low usage cost, good dispersion, and good gloss.
