Masterbatch solutions for IPE/IPP/POF films
Runpacet’s high-performance masterbatches provide slip, anti-blocking, fluorine-free PPA, anti-static, anti-fog, and desiccant functionalities for flexible packaging. They are widely used in food packaging including pre-packaged produce, frozen foods, snacks, meat, and dairy products, as well as non-food applications like wet wipes, electronics, cosmetics, and apparel packaging. These solutions enhance packaging performance while meeting sustainability requirements.
Slip and Anti-Blocking Masterbatch
Our next-generation dual-function slip and anti-blocking masterbatch, RPS-T20028TM, is a compound of erucamide and silica, providing both slip and anti-blocking properties. It reduces the need for additional anti-blocking masterbatch during film production, making it a cost-effective multi-functional solution.
Anti-Fog Masterbatch
The RPS-T20012TM anti-fog masterbatch delivers highly efficient and durable anti-fogging performance. Films treated with this masterbatch remain clear and free of condensation or fogging after storing fruits at 0–4°C for 24 hours. They also maintain excellent clarity during high-temperature cooking of meat (100–135°C) and throughout the subsequent 2-hour cooling process, with no migration of anti-fog agents into food. Suitable for polyolefin blown film, cast film, and coating processes, it is widely used in fruit and vegetable packaging, long-lasting greenhouse films, and other anti-fog applications.
Fluorine-Free PPA Masterbatch
RPS-A20034TM is a PFAS-free PPA masterbatch for polyolefins, compliant with EU fluorine regulations. With only 0.5-1% addition, it replaces fluorinated PPAs while delivering superior performance: improves resin flow, prevents melt fracture, reduces die buildup, eliminates shark skin defects, and cleans equipment residue. This solution shortens cleaning cycles and cuts production costs significantly.
Desiccant Masterbatch RPS-MJ3TM
The RPS-MJ3TM desiccant masterbatch efficiently absorbs moisture during plastic processing. Its active components chemically react with water molecules, thoroughly removing moisture from the system. For products made from hygroscopic materials, it effectively eliminates surface defects such as “fish eyes” caused by residual moisture.
With a theoretical water absorption capacity of up to 20% of its own weight (slightly lower in practical use), adding 1–3% to recycled polyolefin materials (PE for blow molding / PP for injection molding) completely prevents issues like bubbles and wrinkles caused by moisture vaporization. This eliminates the need for pre-drying raw materials, enhances production efficiency and scheduling flexibility, and reduces energy consumption.
Furthermore, the product offers excellent processing compatibility, does not clog machine filters, and is a novel desiccant masterbatch suitable for both blown film and injection molding processes.
Filler Masterbatch
Our company operates 5 fully automated production lines specializing in the manufacture of filler masterbatches, including calcium carbonate, talc, and barium sulfate series, with a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons.
The product features a particle fineness range of 600-3,500 mesh, a whiteness level exceeding 95%, and offers uniform dispersion, no migration, and excellent compatibility with substrate materials. It is widely suitable for various polyolefin plastic processing techniques such as film production, injection molding, extrusion, and cast film processes.
