These are widely used in various plastic products made from HDPE, LDPE, and PP, such as films, blow-molded containers, pipes, and woven bags. PE Filler Masterbatch
We offer PE-based calcium carbonate filler masterbatches with 12 specifications available. You can choose the appropriate specification based on different particle fineness levels and application areas (e.g., films, injection molding, blow molding). We also support custom formulations tailored to your specific needs, meeting diverse production requirements.
PP Filler Masterbatch
For application areas such as injection-molded products and woven bags, we have developed three types of PP-based calcium carbonate filler masterbatches. The products feature high whiteness (≥98%) with particle fineness levels of 600 mesh, 1250 mesh, and 2000 mesh, respectively. They offer advantages such as high filler loading, excellent dispersion, and minimal impact on substrate strength.
