Comprehensive Quality Assurance and Certification System

We are certified under ISO9001/14001 systems and implement full-process visual quality control:

1. Raw Material Control: Batch testing and QR code traceability for TiO₂, pigments, dyes, and additives, traceable to supplier production lines. Heavy metal content (Pb/Cd/Hg) is controlled below 5ppm, complying with EU ROHS directives.

2. Process Control: Twin-screw extruder temperature control accuracy within ±1°C, melt pressure fluctuation <0.5MPa. Online near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) analysis every 30 minutes for carrier compatibility.

3. Finished Product Inspection: 100% testing for color difference (ΔE), melt flow index (MFI), and ash content. 5% of each batch undergoes 48-hour weather resistance testing (UVB-313 lamp), ensuring ΔE ≤0.8 (tested with MINOLTA CM-5). Each batch is supported by SGS, ROHS, FDA, AATCC 61-2020 reports, and SEM dispersion images.
